Vinyasa Yoga with samantha

Flow and energize with our Vinyasa Yoga classes. This dynamic practice emphasizes the connection between breath and movement, creating a fluid sequence of poses that enhance strength, flexibility, and stamina. Suitable for all levels, Vinyasa yoga helps to build strength, increase cardiovascular health, and foster mental clarity. Experience the rhythm of each breath guiding your movements and discover a vibrant space for both body and mind to thrive.

In this intimate 4 week series, limited to 5 parents and 5 infants, you'll learn the techniques and benefits of infant massage in a relaxed and supportive environment. Through gentle strokes and soothing oils, you'll bond with your baby while promoting their well-being. This class series is an opportunity to strengthen the parent-child connection and enhance your little one's development. Join us for a serene and educational experience, ensuring both you and your baby leave feeling more connected and content.

$40 per class or $125 for all four.
