Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Yes, we recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, change into a robe if needed, and begin your experience feeling calm and unhurried. If it’s your first visit, arriving early ensures we can discuss any preferences or concerns before your treatment begins.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a fee of 50% of the total service price, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we’re happy to work with you when possible
Do I need to book an appointment in advance, or do you accept walk-ins?
While we do accept walk-ins when availability permits, booking an appointment in advance is the best way to secure your preferred treatment time and therapist.
Are gratuities included in the price, or should I tip separately?
Gratuities are not included in our prices, but they are always appreciated if you feel your service met or exceeded your expectations. Typically, gratuities range between 15–20%, and we’re happy to add it to your total or accept cash tips directly. Of course, gratuity is entirely at your discretion.
Is there an age requirement for spa treatments?
Yes, most of our treatments are designed for guests aged 16 and older. However, we do offer specific services tailored for teens and tweens, like relaxation massages or age-appropriate facials. If you’re booking for someone younger, feel free to reach out, and we can guide you toward the right options.
What happens if I’m late to my appointment? Will my service time be shortened?
We understand that delays happen! If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to provide your full treatment time, but this may not always be possible due to other scheduled appointments. In those cases, your service may need to be slightly shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for all guests. Arriving early is the best way to maximize your time and experience.

What should I wear to the spa?
You’re welcome to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Many guests arrive in casual, loose-fitting clothing. For treatments like massages or body wraps, you’ll have privacy to undress to your comfort level, and we provide robes, slippers, and towels to ensure your experience is relaxing.
What should I expect during a body wrap or scrub?
During a body wrap or scrub, you can expect a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. First, your therapist will apply a body scrub to exfoliate and buff away dead skin cells, followed by a soothing wrap that nourishes and hydrates your skin. Since we do not have a shower at our facility, we will gently remove the scrub and wrap using warm, soothing towels. You'll leave feeling refreshed, with your skin feeling soft, smooth, and revitalized.
