I've been a licensed massage therapist for 20 years. I’m passionate about helping others find balance and relief through healing touch. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me on the yoga mat, out for a run, or spending quality time with my boys.
Fun fact: I really don’t like having my belly button touched… seriously, just don’t. 😉

I’ve been licensed for 20 years in cosmetology and have specialized in both hair and skincare. I find that a gentle practice of yoga, a quiet moment to read a book in my hammock and my nighttime skincare routine are ways that I relax at the end of the day. I enjoy working out, tending to my lawn and garden and listening to health & wellness podcasts. I was a figure skater. From the precision and artistry of figure skating, to the artistry of hair and skincare, my passion has always been about creating beauty. I cherished the feeling of artistry and grace on the ice, there's a unique fulfillment in empowering other women to feel their most beautiful in their own skin.

I've been a Licensed Esthetician for 7 years, Certified 200hr Yoga Teacher for 3 years, and a Licensed Massage Therapist since July 2024. Taking care of my plant babies and a really good yoga session has always helped me unwind and bring me back to balance. When I'm not working, you can most likely find me taking a delicious nap, or curled up being a movie-loving potato. A fun fact about me is that I currently have everything I have ever prayed for, and more.
